By scheduling a repair or doorstep technician visit with LaptopCareExpert.com, you agree to the following terms and service conditions.
1. Doorstep Diagnostic Visits
We dispatch local technicians to perform on-site hardware inspections. If you proceed with the recommended repair service, the diagnostic inspection is completely complimentary.
2. Diagnosis & Authorization
Technicians provide a technical diagnostic summary prior to fitting replacement parts or executing micro-soldering repairs. By giving verbal or written consent on-site, you authorize our team to carry out the service and source the required spare parts.
3. Backup & Device Liability
While we implement absolute data-safe standards, clients are strongly advised to back up critical files prior to giving devices for logic board repairs or storage upgrades. LaptopCareExpert is not liable for data loss occurring due to pre-existing hardware failures (e.g. bricked motherboards, failed SSD controllers).
