Yes. We offer standard doorstep diagnostics visits across locations in Hyderabad and Secunderabad. Our technician performs an inspection to identify the issue. If you choose to go ahead with the repair, the diagnostic inspection is complimentary.
Common screen, keyboard, and battery replacements are performed at your location in 30 to 90 minutes. Logic board micro-soldering, complex liquid damage cleanup, and data extraction are handled at our store with a typical turnaround of 1 to 3 days, with free device pickup and delivery options.
We provide a 30-day service support window on the specific repair we perform. If issues arise within 30 days related to the repaired component, we will review it at your location. Replacement parts like batteries, screens, and SSDs carry their respective manufacturer warranties ranging from 6 months to 5 years.
Yes. We source high-quality replacement parts from established distributors. We prioritize fitting parts that match original manufacturer specifications for durability. All parts are tested for pixel output, thermal ratings, and power cycles before fitting.
Yes. If your laptop is dead or has liquid damage, your data is usually safe on the internal storage drive (SSD or HDD). We can extract and transfer your files. For soldered SSDs on modern MacBooks or Ultrabooks, we perform logic board component repairs to boot the board and recover files.
We follow a diagnostic review policy. If our technician inspects your device and determines that it cannot be fixed, or if the repair attempt is unsuccessful, there are no diagnostic or labor obligations.
Our Secunderabad walk-in store is open Everyday from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM. For doorstep services, pick-ups are scheduled Monday to Saturday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Closed on Sundays), and deliveries are active Monday to Sunday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
